Brewing Instructions

As everyone has their own taste preference ie. some like their tea being stronger, while some like their tea a bit weaker, there is no standard
instruction to brew a perfect cup of tea! Here are some of
the factors which may affect its taste:
Quality of tea leaves
Infusion time
Amount of tea leaves used
Water - temperature, quality, volume
Tea pot - size, shape, material
This may sound complicated,
but here are some easy tips to create that perfect cup of tea!
Rule 1 - The more tea leaves are used, the stronger
the taste
Rule 2 - The longer the
infusion time, the stronger
the taste
Rule 3 - The greater of the amount of water used,
the weaker the taste
Rule 4 - For the non-processed/non-fermented tea
leaves (ie. green tea & white tea), brew at a lower temperature
Here is a set of recommended instructions for

with the rules above and create your perfect cup of tea!
